Dinner was healthy and quite delicious! A good change from the past few weeks when it’s been all about quick and very little of my consumption has included veggies. I steamed up some broccoli, celery, and fresh tomatoes, added sundried tomato marinara, plus chicken sausage and kidney beans for protein. It was served over whole wheat penne pasta with a little green salad on the side. Later in the evening I pulled out a good ol’ Herseys chocolate cake mix and frosting and whipped up some cupcakes for Steve’s company picnic tomorrow. Of course I had to have a cupcake myself…so since I’m not a big frosting fan, I left that part out and just ate plain cake! One cupcake and the top off another. Yummy!! A sweet end to the evening…now I’m going to finish off a work assignment and get ready for my day tomorrow!
Looks like fun huh! Well, that’s why they call it “work” I guess!
A little work snacky!! And some ice water…rather than diet pepsi! Oooooh, I must break that addiction!! Okay, addiction is a strong word.
