Haloween was an incredibly fun holiday this weekend, but the aftermath was not so fun. Emma and I both got very sick the day after with fevers and chills…it almost seems inevitable that we would get sick after all the festivities of the day before. We trick or treated downtown, went to Light the Night Trunk or Treats at our church, and then strolled through our neighborhood for a while with Sammi (our dog!). Emma loved it all, but it’s been a bummer to be sick.
