katie Wow. I had no idea it would take so long for this baby to come!! We are just starting WEEK 40. Okay, that is a long time to be pregnant. 
Like REALLY LONG. We are so ready to meet our little guy. It’s kinda crazy when I look at pictures and think I’m not just going to have one precious baby, I’m going to have two.
It’s going to be this little girl and her little brother and us. A family of four. Pretty special if you ask me.

Hey Mama! I haven’t been able to congratulate you yet on Ashton’s arrival! I heard from a few people that he was born, let’s see, three weeks ago now. Wow! What a long wait, but I’m SURE it was worth it!!! I was just reading through your blog which of course made me miss you so much! I’m praying for your strength and protection over your marriage relationship. The dynamic of adding the second baby really can put a strain on things. Love you so much and will look forward to connecting soon once both of our lives settle into a more normal rhythm.
